Sandy stayed on top of everything I needed, when I moved, when I added vehicles, etc. As a working mother of 4, who is also in a master's program, forgetting things is so easy, that's why I deeply appreciate the care and professionalism I received from Sandy Hernandez at the Mike Svadlenak’s office."

"Totally dissatisfied with service from agent and employees. Was transferred to this agent who i have never met or talked to personally in at least 4 years since being transferred to. I submitted a roof up date after a complete roof replacement and upgrade to stage 3 (at my expense) in June 2023 and provided Texas state documents for same. Email from from agent who said it was submitted and would let me know. Nine months later (after I checked) they said I needed the replacement company to fill out a State Farm document with same information. After 3 weeks of trying to contact the contractor I have been unable to get a response for State Farm requirements form. When I was transferred to this agent we set up a meeting which the agent for some reason couldn't make so it has never happened. I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years for auto, boats, motorcycles, and home. But now am looking for alternatives."

"Requested for a quote on a new vehicle via the app 3 days ago and was told my agent had to provide the premium….I am still waiting. My previous car’s insurance quote took over a week to receive after multiple calls on my end and finally after me stopping by unannounced and Sandy was there chatting it up with a friend, the task was completed. There is zero proactiveness with Sandy, which is frustrating to customers who simply are trying to be law abiding citizens. I’ve literally never spoken to Michael, who last I was told was to be taking photos to provide me a home insurance quote that I also never received. I’ve tried for years to increase my life insurance policy as well, never happened, so I simply gave up. Instead of dismissing the negative reviews, attempt service recovery as I personally have extended an insurmountable amount of grace to your office for YEARS."

"I'm seriously curious as to how this office has such a high rating considering the piss poor customer service I've received over the past month or so. Sandy is nice-nasty and can be real snarky. The communication here is non existent. I've been told on several occasions that someone would follow up with me and it never happens. I always have to initiate a conversation to get any information out of them. So glad to be rid of State Farm as well as this agent and his employees. They need training. If I could give no stars I would. They are not exercising proper customer service skills"

"I couldn't stop thanking Mrs. Sandra here, I was involved in a win accident that I was not at fault and even having lawyers it was impossible for the party involved to assume the damages, I went with my insurance agent Mrs. Sandra, so attentive, so professional, trained, what I was having a hard time solving for 3 months, it only took her 24 hours, she advised me and fought my case with everything!!!! More than grateful Mrs. Sandra!"

"I can never get a call back these people. I call and they do not answer. When they do, they promise a call back and I never hear back. Ever since Ramon left no one calls back and I have been getting charges that they cant explain to me. UPDATE: I just spoke to the manager that now decided to reach out to me after this review. This lady has been so rude to me ever since she was hired a few months ago. She does not know what she is doing and feels that it is okay to raise her voice at her customers. She refused to let me speak to anyone else. Michael is very friendly and so was Ramon and Jessica. Ever since Ramon and Jessica left it has been a mess. Now this new lady or "manager" is so rude and it is very sad to know that she is treating customers like that. As a customer service representative myself, I know this is not any way to treat people. I will be moving my policy to another Statefarm. Also, the rest of the reviews before me are made by the employees at that agency. Update 2/27/2023- The owner commented on my review 3 years later. Thank you for being prompt 😂"
